Paul is an AMSA-accredited Marine Surveyor with over 28 years of experience as a trade-qualified boat builder and ship construction supervisor.

Paul’s commitment to ensuring safety and compliance for vessel owners and operators stems from nearly 30 years experience within the industry. Before joining the ADEC Kedge team, Paul specialized in aluminum, steel, and FRP constructions as a trade-qualified boat builder. He is an ASMA-accredited Marine Surveyor as well as a qualified international welding inspector to AS 1554, with more than 10 years of experience as a ship construction supervisor.
